Patrick Henry College

Patrick Henry College is the setting for Come What May, the first movie from Advent Film Group. The college plays an important role in the film from the beginning, as Caleb Hogan has to convince his doubting mother that PHC is the best place for him to earn his undergraduate degree. Caleb's hope is to be a lawyer like his mother, and his research has shown PHC to be a great training ground, especially when it comes to its Moot Court (or legal debate) team.

Dr. Michael Farris, founder, chancellor, and coach of the PHC championship moot court program, plays himself in the movie. The college is well represented in the crew as well, with a number of students participating in the filming.

Founded in 2000, Patrick Henry College is a legal debate powerhouse, having recently won its third national championship in five years. The college's vision is to aid in the transformation of American society by training Christian students to serve God and mankind with a passion for righteousness, justice and mercy, through careers of public service and cultural influence. The mission is to prepare Christian men and women who will lead our nation and shape our culture with timeless biblical values and fidelity to the spirit of the American founding.

Utilizing a Christian classical liberal arts curriculum PHC provides academically excellent baccalaureate level higher education with a biblical worldview. The college is located in Purcellville, Virginia. Its 106-acre campus sits at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
